International Society for Occupational Science (ISOS)

ISOS had a lot to offer — a growing community of occupational therapists and researchers, resources, events, and a clear mission. The challenge was bringing all of that together in a website that was easier to understand and navigate.

  • Occupational therapists, researchers, students, educators, and others interested in occupational science.

  • To create a clearer, more welcoming website that communicates what ISOS does, makes its community more visible, and helps visitors find resources, events, and opportunities to get involved.

    • Redesigned and rebuilt the website in Wix Studio.

    • Restructured the content and navigation, developed the homepage and key pages, created clearer calls to action, and designed the site to work across desktop and mobile.

    • The new design puts more emphasis on the people, activities, and resources that make up the ISOS community.

  • Approximately 6 weeks.

    • 100+ new members signed up through the website

    • Members volunteered to participate in ISOS activities

    • Increased attendance at ISOS events

    • A clearer online presence that made it easier for people to understand ISOS and get involved
